About the role

We are looking for a highly qualified Commissions Analyst II as a key member of the Finance and Accounting team. This role requires a person who is detail-oriented, performs at a high level of accuracy and efficiency, is well organized, and demonstrates ownership and initiative to accomplish goals.

What you'll do

  • Work cross-functionally with multiple departments including Sales, Finance & Accounting
  • Provide support during Sales’ annual commission planning process including scenario modeling, data analysis, etc
  • Collaborate with sales, sales operations, revenue operations, systems team
  • Administer sales commission calculations in accordance with incentive plans for global sales and professional services teams
  • Partner with People and Culture to track new hire and termination data. Partner with Payroll to process monthly commission and bonus payments accurately and on time

What you need
