About the role
We are seeking an experienced SAP PP & QM AMS Support Lead Consultant to manage and support SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) processes for a large healthcare client. The candidate will lead AMS support activities, drive incident and problem management, coordinate enhancements, and ensure stable operations across manufacturing and quality processes in a regulated healthcare environment.
What you'll do
- Support Production Orders, Process Orders, Work Centers, Routing, BOM, and MRP processes
- Analyze and troubleshoot planning and manufacturing execution issues
- Monitor MRP runs and resolve planning exceptions
- Support capacity planning, production scheduling, and shop floor integration
- Coordinate with MM, WM/EWM, SD, and QM teams for end-to-end process support
What you need
- 5–9 yrs of experience
- SAP
- SAP HANA

- Root cause analysis
- ITIL

- MBA
