About the role

The EAD team acts as the pan - analytics backbone, orchestrating end-to-end execution, client partnership, and commercial growth for complex analytics programs . The ideal candidate for this position will contribute to the firm’s success through a strong work ethic, particularly in team settings, and can communicate with statisticians, data analysts, and business stakeholders alike.

What you'll do

• Lead specific analytical workstreams within a project, from problem framing and workplan development through analysis, synthesis, quality review
• Understand and work with secondary RWE datasets such as claims, EMR, sales Data, Patient Level Datasets
• Be responsible for analysis execution using a selection of tools like Excel (along with Copilot), SQL, R, Python, or other analytical tools
• Identify gaps in analysis plan and data limitations as project progresses, and communicate effectively with project leaders to ensure resolution
• Mentor and review the work of Associates, Associate Consultants and Consultants, providing feedback to strengthen problem solving, analytics execution

What you need

• 5–9 yrs of experience
