Sr. Contingent Workforce Business Partner, APAC

About the role

The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team. The Sr. APAC CWBP will be deeply engaged with business leaders, serving as a visible and trusted strategic advisor on how best to leverage contingent workforce solutions.

What you'll do

• Build and continuously evolve the APAC CW program strategy in partnership with the CWBP Community that is scalable, visible
• Establish a visible and trusted presence with managers, leaders, and cross functional partners while consulting, influencing, and managing contingent workforce matters
• Conduct business reviews with top program users of all types of CWs (ie. OSP, ICs, Contractors, Professional Services)
• Drive regional program & global project initiatives
• Drive CW elearning content for end users & org trainings

What you need

• 7–13 yrs of experience
• Any graduate
