About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Contracts Engineer to manage contract administration, subcontractor finalization, billing verification, and contractual compliance for residential construction projects.

What you'll do

  • Prepare, review, and administer contracts for contractors, subcontractors, and vendors
  • Draft tender documents, BOQs, work orders, and contract agreements
  • Invite quotations, evaluate bids, and participate in contractor negotiations
  • Verify RA bills, final bills, extra item claims, and variation orders
  • Monitor contract compliance and ensure adherence to project specifications and timelines
