Sr. Coordinator- Content QA

About the role

This role is responsible for ensuring the quality, accuracy, and compliance of digital content, often in an asynchronous or remote setting. Your primary focus is on reviewing and assessing various forms of content, such as written articles, videos, audio, or any other media type that is created and published online. including compliance requirements, observations, corrective actions, and their closure .

What you'll do

• Responsible for ensuring the quality, accuracy, and compliance of digital content, often in an asynchronous or remote setting
• Maintain QA checklists, observation trackers, and ensure timely closure of corrections
• Coordinate with faculty, SMEs, content developers, editors, and designers for resolving QA observations
• Conduct final quality checks before publication, printing, or LMS upload
• Identify recurring errors and contribute to improving content QA standards and processes
