Sr. Credit Manager - Midmarket & NBFC| Hyderabad

About the role

To manage credit evaluation and risk assessment activities for the Midmarket and NBFC portfolios by ensuring sound credit underwriting, portfolio quality, risk mitigation, regulatory compliance, and timely credit decision-making that supports sustainable business growth. Independently appraise and evaluate credit proposals and assess the risk of adding transactions to the Bank's loan portfolio.

What you'll do

• Manage credit evaluation and risk assessment activities for the Midmarket and NBFC portfolios by ensuring sound credit underwriting, portfolio quality, risk mitigation
• Conduct detailed due diligence, identify information requirements, and assess customer business models, industry dynamics, and long-term viability
• Review financial statements, cash flows, and key credit metrics to assess creditworthiness and identify risks
• Prepare credit recommendations, identify key risks, and ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and risk appetite frameworks
• Ensure credit facilities are appropriately rated, graded, and documented in line with business, audit, and compliance requirements
