About the role

The incumbent will be responsible for Credit Appraisal of Agricultural Loans as per pre-defined TAT with due adherence of Process, Policies and delegation of authority. Incumbent will be responsible for loan Portfolio for their Branch and keep a close watch on the performance of such loans. Appraise/Recommend/ Approve Credit Proposals as per the delegation of authority.

What you'll do

• Responsible for Credit Appraisal of Agricultural Loans as per pre-defined TAT with due adherence of Process, Policies and delegation of authority
• Responsible for loan Portfolio for their Branch and keep a close watch on the performance of such loans
• Review delinquent cases and document learnings / portfolio reviews for Risk Management
• Recommend changes to Policy, Process based on local nuances / competitor feedback
• Implement system integration plans

What you need

• 3–5 yrs of experience
• Credit appraisal
• Internal controls
• Risk management
• MBA or Chartered Accountant
