Sr Customer Success/ Parent Support

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Success who can achieve our primary objectives of maintaining high customer satisfaction and effectively on-boarding new students. Upselling coursers ( 3rd language ). Collaborating with academic, admissions, technology, sales, and operations teams to successfully on-board all students and parents into Dreamtime Learning School.

What you'll do

• Calling experience is Mandatory
• Working closely with the Content and Training Team to create and execute training modules for parents and students orientation
• Coordinating with the logistics team to ensure the timely delivery of student kits in India and abroad
• Communicating with parents and students via phone and virtual meetings to address any concerns related to the on-boarding of students across all programs
• Preparing reports and documents as required periodically
