Sr DAS Support Engineer

About the role

The Senior DAS Support Engineer serves as the Level 3 escalation point and technical authority for distributed antenna systems and in-building wireless environments across healthcare and enterprise deployments. The role provides hands-on support for multi-vendor DAS and private LTE/CBRS platforms, with responsibility for complex incident resolution, system reliability, planned maintenance, and technical coordination.

What you'll do

• Technical Support and Service Reliability
• Provide Level 3 escalation support for complex DAS and in-building wireless incidents across CommScope ION-E/ERA, Corning ONE, SOLiD ALLIANCE, JMA TEKO
• Diagnose and resolve faults involving RF performance, fiber and coaxial infrastructure, system hardware, software, and management connectivity
• Support and troubleshoot private LTE and CBRS deployments, including Celona, Ericsson, Nokia, and comparable platforms
• Own the full incident lifecycle in ServiceNow, including triage, diagnosis, escalation, vendor engagement, service restoration
