About the role

A Senior Data Architect to build and lead our internal Cloud Data Competency. This role standardizes architecture practices, and creates reusable assets across multi-cloud data and AI platforms for delivery teams enterprise-wide and provides Cloud blended Data leadership.

What you'll do

• Build and lead the Cloud Data Architecture Competency on areas like talent strategy, skill benchmarking, and capability roadmaps
• Define learning paths, certification tracks, and upskilling programs; run an architecture community of practice
• Establish reference architectures, design patterns, and reusable frameworks/accelerators for data lakes, lakehouses, and cloud migration
• Own architecture review boards for internal quality assurance; maintain a technology radar across AWS, Azure, GCP, and modern data stack tools (Snowflake, Databricks
• Act as technical authority for cloud data architecture org-wide; mentor architects and engineers
