Sr. Data Management Specialist

About the role

In this role, you will own material master data, while also driving transformation initiatives that improve data quality, process efficiency, and system integration across TeamCenter, SAP and adjacent platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders (Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, and IT) to design and implement robust, scalable data solutions.

What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end Material Master lifecycle (creation, maintenance, governance, and retirement) across Teamcenter, SAP and integrated systems
• Ensure adherence to data governance policies, standards, and audit controls within the Material domain
• Monitor, analyze, and drive improvements in data quality KPIs (accuracy, completeness, consistency)
• Identify and lead transformation opportunities (automation, standardization, simplification), and drive them through design, build, and deployment
• Partner with IT and business teams to define requirements and deliver scalable master data solutions (S/4HANA, Informatica, integrations)
