Sr. Engineer-Design

About the role

Own end-to-end delivery of the front and rear anti-roll bar (ARB) system/components across the product development lifecycle—from concept and requirements definition through detailed design, validation, and launch support. Lead technical decision making, integration with adjacent systems, supplier technical delivery, and ensure quality, cost, weight, and timing targets are met.

What you'll do

• Lead design strategy and integration across vehicle interfaces (packaging, kinematics, NVH, E/E where applicable)
• Drive DFMEA, DVP&R, and design reviews; ensure robust design releases and change control
• Lead virtual and physical validation strategy and correlation (durability, environment, corrosion, abuse)
