About the role

Supervise and execute interior and finishing works such as tiling, waterproofing, plastering, painting, carpentry, and false ceiling. Ensure all activities are carried out as per approved drawings, quality standards, and timelines. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects, and consultants to ensure smooth execution of site activities.

What you'll do

• Supervise and execute interior and finishing works such as tiling, waterproofing, plastering, painting, carpentry, and false ceiling
• Ensure all activities are carried out as per approved drawings, quality standards, and timelines
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects, and consultants to ensure smooth execution of site activities
• Prepare daily work progress reports and monitor manpower and material utilization
• Verify measurements and assist in preparing bills for interior and finishing works

What you need

• 5–8 yrs of experience
• Quality control
• Carpentry
• B.Tech or B.E. or Diploma
