About the role

Mechanical/Electrical Engineer with hands-on experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of high-precision CNC machines (SIEMENS 840D, HEIDENHAIN, FANUC, FAGOR), PLC-controlled equipment, and industrial utilities including HT/LT switchgear, generators, and compressors. Holding a C-License is preferred and will be an added advantage for ensuring electrical compliance and operational excellence.

What you'll do

  • Perform breakdown maintenance activities to ensure uninterrupted production operations
  • Execute preventive maintenance (PM) activities on time to improve equipment reliability
  • Analyse and diagnose critical equipment failures and implement effective CAPA actions
  • Ensure maximum equipment uptime and availability to support production requirements
  • Monitor, control, and improve maintenance KPIs such as MTBF and MTTR
