Sr. Engineer, Mechanical & HVAC

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer to oversee design review, execution, and commissioning of HVAC systems and Process Utility systems for large-scale Oil & Gas and Pharmaceutical projects. The role involves end-to-end project management, including stakeholder coordination (PMC, GC, and sub-vendors), ensuring compliance with international standards, and delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget.

What you'll do

• Supervise and review the work of GC, PMC, and sub-vendors to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and project specifications
• Conduct regular site inspections and escalate any deviations, delays, or quality issues to the client management team
• Review engineering deliverables such as P&IDs, PFDs, equipment sizing calculations, data sheets, and technical specifications
• Validate designs for compliance with API, ASME, ASTM, ISO, IS codes, ASHRAE, SMACNA, and cGMP guidelines
• Ensure accurate integration of HVAC and Process Utility systems into project scope
