1.Handling Customer Complaints & Customer audits Preparation of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan 8D report preparation and submission to customer within the deadline. 2.Basic knowledge of measurement tools & inspection methods 3.Basic understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) 4.Knowledge of control plans, FMEA, APQP, PPAP (awareness level acceptable)
