Sr. Engineer/Specialist – Mount & Bush Design

About the role

Responsible for the technical leadership and management of the design and development of powertrain mounts and bushes which comprises of elastomer mountings, housings and fastener to suspend the range of extender engine, and bushes as isolator to BIW for frame carrier assembly.

What you'll do

• Report to COE (Center of Excellence) for Axle & Mounts to technical direction and project interface/team to priorities the programme objectives
• Design and Develop Frame Carrier for various range of extension projects from pre-concept to serial production with B2P Suppliers
• Create Project Plans for component, system and vehicle level. Highlight any deviation from plan at the earliest opportunity and instigate recovery plans
• Ensure component meets program cost, quality and relevant attributes targets set
• Create robust specifications/SORs and release to support all build phases in line with Vehicle Milestone targets

• B.Tech or B.E.
