Sr. Engineer - Water system Operation

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer – Water Systems to support the operation and optimization of industrial water and wastewater utility systems. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Water Treatment Plants (WTP), Wastewater Treatment Plants (WWTP), Sewage Treatment Plants (STP), Ultra-Pure Water (UPW) systems (preferred), and Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) processes.

What you'll do

• Manage and optimize Water Treatment Plants (WTP), Wastewater Treatment Plants (WWTP), Sewage Treatment Plants (STP), and Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) facilities
• Monitor plant performance and identify opportunities for process optimization, energy efficiency, and water conservation
• Ensure compliance with statutory environmental regulations and discharge norms
• Develop preventive and predictive maintenance strategies for pumps, valves, piping systems, filtration units, membranes, evaporators, crystallizers
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for equipment failures and implement corrective and preventive actions
