About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Estimation Engineer to handle estimation, quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, rate analysis, costing, and tendering for residential real estate projects.

What you'll do

  • Prepare detailed quantity take-offs, BOQs, estimates, and cost sheets for civil and finishing works
  • Study architectural, structural, and MEP drawings and identify scope of work
  • Prepare rate analysis for various construction activities
  • Review tender documents, specifications, drawings, and work orders
  • Coordinate with Design, Planning, Projects, Procurement, and Contracts teams
