About the role

This role involves preparing accurate project cost estimates, BOQs, and rate analyses, mentoring junior engineers, and ensuring competitive and cost-effective proposals for tenders and budgeting.

What you'll do

• Lead the preparation of detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and rate analysis for all projects
• Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications , and provide cost insights
• Supervise and guide junior estimation engineers in preparing material take-offs and cost data
• Analyze labor, material, equipment, and subcontracting costs for accuracy and competitiveness
• Coordinate with design, procurement, contracts, and project teams for inputs and validation
