Sr Executive-A (Purchase)

About the role

To manage third‑party (contract) manufacturing and loan license manufacturing activities. This role ensures timely production, good product quality, regulatory compliance, smooth procurement of materials, proper SAP transactions, and accurate reporting at optimum cost.

What you'll do

• Contract Manufacturing (Third‑Party Units)
• Coordinate with third‑party manufacturers to achieve planned production, quality, cost, and delivery timelines
• Share production plans, datasheets, and requirements as per SNOP decisions
• Ensure proper maintenance of documents such as COA, invoices, control samples, and stability samples
• Review monthly production and material consumption and share observations with internal teams

What you need

• 4–5 yrs of experience
• SAP
• Vendor management
• Procurement
• GMP
• Logistics
• POS
• MBA or B.Pharm or M.Pharm or B.Tech or B.E. or M.Sc

Good to have

• MIS reporting
