About the role

Processes export/import/remittance documents, LCs/BGs, and discounts in line with internal policy and FEMA/RBI/ICC; coordinates with centralized trade ops and customers. Maintain First Time Right (FTR) status in all documents submitted to centralized operations. Provide proactive service to customers, addressing forex-related queries.

What you'll do

  • Maintain First Time Right (FTR) status in all documents submitted to centralized operations
  • Provide proactive service to customers, addressing forex-related queries
  • Attend RBI, internal, concurrent, and external audits; ensure timely rectification of observations
  • Conduct KYC verification and customer due diligence for all forex transactions
  • Ensure proper disposal of BRCs, duty drawback, interest subvention, ECGC premium, TCS, and other statutory dues
