About the role
The role provides analytical inputs to support risk mitigation, service quality and operational effectiveness. Maintain First Time Right (FTR) status in all documents submitted to centralized operations. Provide proactive service to customers, addressing forex-related queries. Attend RBI, internal, concurrent, and external audits; ensure timely rectification of observations.
What you'll do
- Support payment, trade and forex operations through review and evaluation of transaction activities, assessment of operational controls
- Maintain First Time Right (FTR) status in all documents submitted to centralized operations
- Provide proactive service to customers, addressing forex-related queries
- Attend RBI, internal, concurrent, and external audits; ensure timely rectification of observations
- Conduct KYC verification and customer due diligence for all forex transactions
What you need
- 3–5 yrs of experience
- KYC
- AML
- Any graduate
