Sr. Finacle Product Engineer - Core Banking

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Engineer with strong expertise in Finacle Retail Assets, Finacle Scripting, and FCRM to lead development, production support, defect resolution, and change delivery across Retail Assets applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on technical expertise in Finacle Retail Assets, experience leading teams, and a strong background in handling production incidents, automation, and regulatory enhancements.

What you'll do

• Lead defect fixing activities for Retail Assets Automation Testing
• Lead delivery of Retail Assets Change Requests (CRs) and project implementations
• Design, develop, configure, and implement enhancements within the Finacle Retail Assets module
• Lead configuration, testing, deployment, and support of Finacle Retail Assets enhancements, upgrades, and regulatory changes
• Manage production stability by monitoring critical incidents and ensuring timely resolution
