Sr Global Market Access Lead

About the role

In this role, you will own asset-level market access and payer value strategy at a defining moment for Novo Nordisk – translating science into reimbursement reality across the globe. As Senior Global Market Access Lead, you will own and drive market access and payer value strategy across pipeline, launch, and lifecycle stages for assigned obesity assets.

What you'll do

• Shape how millions of people gain access to the next generation of Obesity & Liver therapies
• Own and drive market access and payer value strategy across pipeline, launch, and lifecycle stages for assigned obesity assets
• Owning asset-level market access and payer value strategy, integrating payer research, Target Access Profile (TAP), and access risk assessment across pipeline, launch
• Leading the development and refinement of TAPs, market access business cases, and global payer value communication toolsets (eCVDs, value decks
• Shaping HTA and reimbursement strategy packages, including submission sequencing plans, risk assessments, and high-complexity affiliate support for HTA submissions

What you need
