Sr. Guest Relations Facilitator

About the role

To facilitate hassle free passenger experience for all VVIP / VIP / CIP / Celebrities/ Government authorities who travel through RGIA. He / She will solely be responsible for the upkeep & monitoring of the reserved lounges/ Ceremonial lounges and other facilities used by VVIP /VIP/ CIP / Celebrities / Government authorities, who are eligible to avail special services/ courtesies.

What you'll do

• VIP / CIP facilitation and smooth transit
• Monitoring VIP / Ceremonial lounges provided for guest facilitation
• (Supervision on cleanliness / maintenance/ order inventory / stack inventory / Asset registers maintenance,)
• Daily reports / MIS / Attendance
• (Preparing reports on time)

What you need

• 2–3 yrs of experience
• Guest service
• Hospitality
• MIS reporting
• BHM or BBA
