Sr. HVAC Design Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sr. HVAC Design Engineer to lead a team of 3–5 engineers while taking ownership of end-to-end HVAC design responsibilities across a diverse range of building services projects. The role requires strong technical expertise, project coordination capabilities, client management skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality designs within defined timelines and commercial requirements.

What you'll do

• Lead and mentor a team of 3–5 HVAC design engineers and oversee their day-to-day technical activities
• Take ownership of complete HVAC design responsibilities for assigned projects, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely delivery
• Review and validate designs, calculations, drawings, documentation, and deliverables prepared by design engineers
• Prepare and explain Design Basis Reports (DBRs) , technical documents, drawings, and other design deliverables to clients, architects, and co-consultants
• Incorporate project-specific requirements and client feedback into design documents and obtain necessary approvals
