About the role

Participate in daily review meetings to understand the daily production targets, inhouse rejection (IHR) targets and Take a handover of the activities of the previous shift. Identify deviations from the production plan viz-a-viz the target and assist the Shift In-charge/Cell In-charge plan next steps to enable recovery of losses

What you'll do

• Participate in daily review meetings to understand the daily production targets, inhouse rejection (IHR) targets and
• Take a handover of the activities of the previous shift. Identify deviations from the production plan viz-a-viz the
• Assist the Shift In-charge/Cell In-charge in overseeing end to end production process (during the shift) including all
• Ensure execution of the work plan as decided by the supervisor. Delegate responsibilities to the operators and
• Monitor their work against the set plan. Provide guidance as and when required

What you need

• 2–5 yrs of experience
• Production planning
• Root cause analysis
• Kaizen
• Maintenance
• SOP writing
• Diploma or B.Tech or B.E.
