Sr. Influencer Marketer

About the role

This is our first dedicated Influencer Marketing hire, and it's a function-owner role, not an execution role. Aftershoot already invests seven figures a year into creators, and creator-led content is one of the biggest drivers of how photographers discover us. What we don't yet have is someone who owns it end to end: who decides where the money goes, which creators earn a renewal, what the content should actually say, and how we prove any of it worked.

What you'll do

• Own the annual creator budget: allocate it, defend it, sunset what isn't working, and double down on what is
• Build and maintain the partner roster across YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok, spanning photography, creative-tools
• Build the measurement layer: attribution, incrementality, cost per trial and per paid conversion by creator
• Negotiate rates, deliverables, exclusivity, and usage rights, including whitelisting so strong creator content can be repurposed into paid media
• Hire, manage, and coach a team of 2–3 Influencer Marketing Executives
