What you'll do

• Lead the development and implementation of innovative High Performance Butterfly Valve technologies and concepts
• Serve as a subject matter expert on the mechanical design and performance of valve components and systems
• Develop new product concepts aligned with customer needs and market opportunities
• Guide projects from concept development through detailed design, validation, and implementation
• Establish, document, and implement engineering best practices and design methodologies
