Sr. Insights Program Manager , Audits and Insights Team

About the role

The Audit Strategy & Governance Manager will serve as the strategic architect for AIT's planning, governance, and executive reporting mechanisms. This role owns the development and execution of multi-year strategic planning (3YP), annual operating plans (OP1/OP2), quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and director-level deep-dive analyses.

What you'll do

• Strategic Planning & Governance
• Lead the development and execution of AIT's 3-Year Plan (3YP), OP1, and OP2 planning cycles, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and stakeholder commitments
• Own the quarterly business review (QBR) process, delivering executive-ready narratives that connect operational metrics to strategic outcomes
• Design and maintain standardized governance mechanisms across AIT programs, ensuring consistency in planning, reporting, and decision-making frameworks
• Partner with leadership to define and refine kingpin goals, establishing clear measurement frameworks and success criteria
