What you'll do

• Review of the request and form for acceptability
• Partnering with different stakeholders and resolve broker compensation related queries/escalations received from various departments/stakeholders through emails & calls
• Updating systems with broker/GA/TPA details, commission rate and send external confirmation communication email
• Implement corrective actions, as needed, to ensure correct comp release for brokers/GA/TPA
• Assisting vintage team members, supervisor and/ or management in developing or providing process related information, required solutions and responses
