About the role

The Lead Engineer - Methods Development will be responsible for spearheading advanced simulation and modelling techniques that support product innovation and vehicle system performance within Mahindra & Mahindra's Automotive Division. This role demands a comprehensive application of expertise in engineering fundamentals, including mechanics, dynamics, vibrations, thermodynamics, heat transfer, and structural analysis.

  • Lead initiatives in Reduced Order Modelling (ROM) and model simplification to facilitate faster computational analysis without compromising fidelity
