About the role

To lead and oversee the conceptualization, design, engineering, and execution of projects related to Motor Control Centers (MCC), Power Control Centers (PCC), and Switchgear systems. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality, safe, and efficient solutions aligned with organizational objectives and industry standards, while supporting seamless project execution within defined timelines and budgets.

What you'll do

  • Review/Validate conceptual layouts, single-line diagrams (SLD), and load lists based on project scope and operational needs
  • Review and validate basic engineering deliverables, including technical specifications, cable sizing, and equipment ratings
  • Ensure integration compatibility with drives, motors, and automation systems
  • Conduct risk analysis and identify potential design or operational challenges at the conceptual stage
  • Review detailed Bill of Materials (BoM) and technical specifications for tenders
