Sr Lead - SNOW Lead

About the role

The role is accountable for defining and driving the overall test strategy, functional and integration test delivery, ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) adoption, regression automation, defect governance, and release-quality readiness across ServiceNow initiatives and platform releases.

What you'll do

• Quality Engineering and Test Leadership
• Own the quality engineering and test strategy for enterprise ServiceNow applications across modules, integrations and shared services
• Define scope, estimates, approach, entry and exit criteria, quality gates, regression strategy and release-readiness criteria
• Lead planning, execution, monitoring and closure across concurrent initiatives, enhancements, defects, upgrades and releases
• Apply risk-based testing to prioritize business-critical workflows, cross-module dependencies and high-impact platform changes
