What you'll do

• Advising on complex investment, financing, and transactional matters
• Supporting the structuring and ongoing management of regulated investment vehicles and investment platforms
• Providing legal and regulatory advice on SEBI regulations, FEMA, FDI frameworks, and related regulatory requirements
• Supporting cross-border investments and transaction structuring activities
• Managing external counsel and coordinating legal support through the transaction lifecycle
