Sr Legal Role | General Corp & M&A | 7-10 yrs | Delhi NCR

About the role

Reporting to the General Counsel, the successful candidate will act as a trusted legal advisor and strategic business partner across the organisation: Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of commercial and corporate agreements, including service contracts, vendor agreements, non-disclosure agreements, strategic partnerships, and other business arrangements.

What you'll do

• Providing practical legal advice on day-to-day commercial, corporate, and operational matters
• Managing litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution matters, including coordination with external legal counsel and internal teams
• Assessing legal and commercial risks associated with disputes and recommending appropriate courses of action
• Supporting and leading legal aspects of mergers and acquisitions, investments, divestitures, joint ventures, and other strategic transactions
• Conducting legal due diligence exercises and presenting clear risk assessments to senior stakeholders
