Sr Legal Role | General Corp & M&A | RE/Infra | 12-15 yrs

About the role

Demonstrated experience handling both contentious and non-contentious legal matters. Proven ability to manage litigation, disputes, and regulatory matters. Commercially minded, pragmatic, and capable of balancing legal risk with business objectives. Prior experience in real estate, infrastructure, or hospitality/other consumer-facing sectors would be advantageous but is not mandatory.

What you'll do

• Lead and manage the company's day-to-day legal and commercial contracting requirements
• Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on a wide range of commercial agreements, including service, vendor, licensing, and strategic business contracts
• Support mergers & acquisitions, investments, joint ventures, and other strategic transactions from a legal and risk-management perspective
• Provide legal guidance on corporate governance, compliance, and business-critical decision-making
• Manage complex litigation, disputes, claims, and pre-litigation matters, working closely with external counsel where required
