To lead end-to-end production operations of the copper plant, ensuring optimal output, quality, cost efficiency, safety, and compliance while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
What you'll do
- Oversee complete plant operations including smelting, refining, casting, and downstream processes
- Ensure achievement of daily, monthly, and annual production targets
- Optimize capacity utilization and reduce process losses
- Process Optimization & Efficiency
- Drive improvements in yield, recovery rates, and energy efficiency
What you need
