About the role

You will provide strategic leadership to develop, implement, and monitor a robust conduct risk framework, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards, Mashreq's values, and internal requirements while advocating for the best interests of consumers. Design, implement, and maintain a comprehensive conduct risk management framework across all business lines.

What you'll do

• Design, implement, and maintain a comprehensive conduct risk management framework across all business lines
• Monitor and report on conduct risk metrics, ensuring timely remediation of issues
• Ensure compliance with UAE Central Bank, SAMA, and other relevant regulations and industry best practices
• Identify, assess, and mitigate conflicts of interest that could affect consumer outcomes
• Lead consumer protection initiatives, championing customer well‑being in product design and delivery

What you need

• 10–18 yrs of experience
• Compliance
• Risk management
• CFA or B.Com or BBA
