Sr Manager, Data Scientist

About the role

The Sr. Manager, Data Science - Operations serves as the strategic and technical leader responsible for driving data science, AI, optimization, and advanced analytics initiatives across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Demand Planning, and Product Formulation functions.

What you'll do

• Lead the identification, prioritization, and execution of advanced analytics, machine learning, optimization, and AI initiatives across Manufacturing, Supply Chain
• Partner with business stakeholders and operational leaders to understand strategic objectives, define analytical roadmaps
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Analytics professionals
• Communicate analytical insights, recommendations, business cases, and project outcomes to senior leadership and executive stakeholders using clear, concise
• Design and oversee development of predictive, prescriptive, and optimization models that improve operational efficiency, forecasting accuracy, inventory management
