As Sr Manager – Digital & Data Innovation and Governance, you will sit at the intersection of innovation, data and compliance, driving how we engage with healthcare professionals and patients through smarter, more connected digital experiences.

What you'll do

• Shape the future of customer engagement through digital innovation, data governance and responsible AI – all in service of reaching more patients across the globe
• Sit at the intersection of innovation, data and compliance, driving how we engage with healthcare professionals and patients through smarter
• Identifying and evaluating innovative digital and technology-enabled approaches – including AI, automation, conversational platforms and digital health solutions
• Establishing and maintaining data governance frameworks, including data ownership, stewardship, quality standards, metadata, access controls and retention requirements
• Enabling trusted data products, dashboards and insights that support engagement decision-making, while driving data literacy across relevant teams
