Sr. Manager/Director FP&A

About the role

This role is at the core of Lumilens’ global FP&A delivery from Bangalore, partnering closely with R&D and business leaders to drive financial planning, business partnership, and decision support. As a member of the India Leadership team, this leader will also collectively act as country controller for the India entity, helping build financial discipline, scalable planning processes, and strong operating visibility in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

What you'll do

• Own the annual operating plan, quarterly forecasts, and monthly variance analysis for the assigned SBU or function
• Partner with business leaders to drive financial discipline, evaluate investments, and track operational KPIs
• Build driver-based financial models across revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, and capital expenditures
• Lead pricing analysis, customer and product profitability reviews, and unit economics assessments
• Drive India R&D expense planning, tracking, and project-level variance management
