  • Partner with site leadership to understand business strategies and priorities and translate them into actionable HR strategies
  • Collaborate with global Centers of Excellence (COEs) and People Services to deliver the Annual People Plan
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives tailored to the unique challenges of a remote manufacturing workforce
  • Support leaders with coaching, talent development, and succession planning to build leadership capability and team effectiveness
  • Champion performance management processes to foster a high-performance culture
