What you'll do

• Responsible for entire gamut of Industrial Relations and Administration
• Handle Social & Buyers Compliance
• Responsible for the Industrial relation, statutory compliance, Grievance handling, Managing trade unions, support and guidance to station managers

What you need

• 7–15 yrs of experience
• Employee relations
• Statutory compliance
• Any graduate
