Sr. Manager - Identity & Access Management | Onsite, Bangalore

About the role

This position is required to report onsite to our Bangalore office 3 days per week The Sr. Practice Manager is responsible to manage and mentor a team of direct reportees for their practice to adhere to Optiv Consulting values as well as successfully deliver on IGA engagements.

What you'll do

• As a Sr. Practice Manager you will be responsible for providing functional leadership to develop and mature the IGA practice
• Be responsible for technically leading projects as an Oversight Manager; hence you need to possess excellent collaboration skills in managing the customer
• Assist pre-sales activities such as developing client focused proposals assisting with effort estimates
• Work closely with project service and/or engagement manager to identify key technical requirements, prioritize requirements, catalog requirements
• Develop and maintain solution repository with best practices

What you need

• 10–18 yrs of experience
• IAM
• B.Tech or B.E.
