Sr Manager PC Change

About the role

This is a BAU role (i.e., not a project role) with a specific responsibility to manage the tools and work for the enhancements of the tools. The tools are developed with MSACCESS, excel macros, Pythons and DOTNET by using the backend as MS SQL databases hosted in windows platform.

What you'll do

• Understand the user requirements and convert the requirements into technical solutions
• Providing technical support for the queries raised by the end users
• Overall awareness of finance domain will help to understand the requirements
• Document the impact assessment of change requests in a format that is easy for Business Users to understand and sign off for approval
• Liaise with stakeholders and team members across Chennai / Bangalore / SG to understand the issues faced by the users and also to get the new requirements from the users

What you need

• 8–14 yrs of experience
• .NET
• SQL Server
• SSIS
• Python
• VBA
• Any graduate
