About the role

As a Sr. Manager/Sr. Staff Software Engineer in the Energy Markets Application Services Team, you will lead advanced software development for Power Systems Applications. Your primary focus will be on delivering specific functionalities to meet corporate project and product objectives.

What you'll do

As a senior member of the Software Center of Excellence, exemplifying high-quality design, development, testing, and delivery practices
Responsible for enhancing, evolving, and supporting high-availability Electricity Energy Market Management System (MMS)
Drive business and talent growth to meet industry expertise and delivery capabilities
Identify and address potential growth needs for all team members to elevate overall performance
Work closely with global stakeholders, including managers and SMEs from different regions, to ensure effective team utilization
