Sr. Manager, Strategy and Business Operations

About the role

As the General Managers's right hand, you'll enable strategic decision-making, run operations and help drive transform strategic goals into measurable outcomes in a high-visibility, high-accountability, high-velocity role. Brandfolder is at a pivotal moment, transforming our value proposition, GTM, and product lineup for the agentic era, and you will use sharp business acumen and emotional intelligence to help turn goals into results.

What you'll do

• Strategy Planning and Operations
• Partner with the GM to build strategic plans - product strategy, roadmap, revenue retention, growth and customer value delivery
• Lead the annual strategic and financial planning process, connecting workstreams across Product, Finance, and GTM
• Partner with Revenue Operations to track OKRs, initiative progress, and key adoption, retention, and growth metrics (including dashboards) throughout the year
• Help define pricing strategy and ratecards
